Produced in Northern Apulia with Monocultivar  Muraglia olives. The oil is cold-pressed using traditional granite grindstones for perfect structure and balance. 
The result is a Intense Fruity, strong green with golden highlights oil. Aroma of dill, fennel, artichoke, pepper and hay. It leaves a tasty spicy flavour.
 
The Rooster Ceramic Jar was born from the decision to focus on young artists. It is a Capsule Collection signed by designer Stella Tasca and handmade by our Apulian ceramists.
