Made from sustainably raised free-range Hampshire Saddleback Cross pigs in the Northern Rivers. Honeyvale Farm pigs are fed from waste fruit, vegetables, bread, pecans and distillery by-products. 

 

The Our Wild Boar Salami is locally made to a traditional recipe and is packed with flavour and richness from the secret recipe of seasonings. Perfect paired with cheese on a pizza or straight from the packet at 10pm in front of the fridge.
